Terms of Service
By booking with Clean Theory Co, customers authorize the collection of deposits and any remaining approved balance related to completed cleaning services.
Recurring bookings may be modified or cancelled subject to company policies.
Proof-of-work uploads may be collected for quality assurance and dispute prevention.
SMS Messaging Terms
When a customer, cleaner, or service provider voluntarily opts in, Clean Theory Co may send transactional SMS messages related to requested cleaning services and platform activity. These messages may include:
- Booking confirmations and appointment reminders
- Booking changes, rescheduling notices, and cancellation notices
- Cleaner assignment and job-offer notifications
- Cleaner arrival and other service-status notifications
- Payment or booking-related service updates
- Customer support communications
Message frequency varies depending on bookings and account activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages or HELP for assistance.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing Clean Theory Co services. Opting out of SMS does not cancel an existing cleaning appointment or otherwise terminate the customer's account. Clean Theory Co may still communicate through email, telephone, the booking platform, or other permitted methods when necessary to provide requested services.
Clean Theory Co does not use this transactional SMS program to send marketing or promotional text messages.
