Clean Theory Co collects customer information solely for booking fulfillment, payment processing, scheduling, and customer communication.
Payment information is processed securely through Stripe. Clean Theory Co does not directly store full payment card details.
Uploaded cleaner proof-of-work images are stored securely in Firebase Storage for operational verification purposes.
SMS and Mobile Information
Clean Theory Co collects phone numbers when customers or service providers provide them during booking, account creation, customer support, or another explicit opt-in process.
Phone numbers and SMS consent records may be used for transactional cleaning-service communications, including booking confirmations, appointment reminders, schedule changes, rescheduling and cancellation notices, cleaner assignment or service updates, payment-related notices, and customer support.
Message frequency varies depending on bookings and account activity. Message and data rates may apply. Users may reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages or HELP for assistance.
SMS consent and mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Clean Theory Co may disclose information to service providers acting on its behalf when reasonably necessary to operate the platform, process bookings or payments, deliver requested communications, comply with law, prevent fraud, protect the service, or provide requested cleaning services. These operational disclosures do not permit recipients to use SMS consent or mobile information for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
